Question: Can we create a package for our event?

Great question! Yes, we will work with you to make sure that your event is custom tailored to make your moment memorable.

Question: Can you provide venues, as well as other things needed to complete my event?

We have a quaint venue at 5600 Gender Rd, Canal Winchester 43110.

Our venue accommodates up to 100 guests. We have also partnered with other venues and are open to connect you with local venues in Columbus, Ohio.

Question: Do you travel, and if so how far?

Yes, we travel! Please discuss travel fees with us if this is something that you are interested in.

Question: Do you allow clients to rent your equipment to set up their own event?

Yes, that is something we can offer. A security deposit is required until rented items are returned. Pricing varies, depending on the items required! This is what we call "A Party in a Box". Please contact us for more information.

Question: What is your refund policy?

We take pride in our ability to exceed our clients wildest imaginative theme! Customizations are made at cost and creativity is our specialty.

We understand, life happens! We are more than happy to work with our clients in the event that life prevents them from hosting their event on the scheduled day. However, due to the nature of event planning (ie. paying vendors, preorders of supplies, and venue deposits) we are unable to issue a refund for deposits or amount paid for pre-ordered decor. We will do everything we can to reschedule your event for a more feasible date up to one year.

Do to the nature of event planning (custom supply and decor are ordered, banquet deposits are rendered, etc) we do not offer refunds for deposits and payments rendered to AMTRE. However, we will happily work with you and rebook your event within one year if circumstances require.
